Policy for Last minute Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected events can occur, requiring schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice. Either by phone or email.

Due to the nature of mobile services, we may not be able to accommodate last minute changes. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to reschedule for a time that is convenient for you.

The practitioner will call to confirm your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If the practitioner is unable to reach you and you do not call back by end of day, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a last-minute cancellation fee.

Our Policy:

• Last minute cancellation (less than 24 hours) $20 will be applied on the next scheduled appointment
• If the practitioner arrives at your residence and you are not home, you will be charged for the full cost of the scheduled appointment.
