Policy for Last minute Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected events can occur, requiring schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice, either by phone or email. Due to the nature of mobile services, we may not be able to accommodate last minute changes. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to reschedule for a time that is convenient for you. ​​ Our scheduling software will send an email and/or text reminder 24 hours in advance. At that time, you can either confirm your appointment, or make a change or cancel in the scheduling software.
